100PDlt

From whole fresh roasted to single serve pod

The 100PDlt is a fully integrated packaging machine that produces soft, hard or compressed 7-14 gram coffee pods, individually wrapped. The process starts with whole bean coffee which is vacuumed into an on-board liquid-cooled grinder. The coffee is ground, volumetrically measured, and placed on a chain mold; incased with heat-sealable filter paper, sealed, and die cut. The indivdual pods are then overwrapped with barrier material from rollstock, nitrogen flushed, and finished into a 4 side sealed pouch. The 100PDlt counts the pouches as they exit on the conveyor belt to be case packed.
