As key components of our flexible packaging system approach, Fres-co’s automatic VFFS Ultra Clean machines efficiently transform rollstock into formed pouches that are filled with precisely weighed contents and sealed. Developed out of our deep knowledge of aseptic packaging, the FSU800UC allows for package size changes at the touch of a button, eliminating the need to stock different sized materials. Its frame and the components in product contact are made from 300 series stainless steel for easy cleaning, with filling systems built to 3A Sanitary Standards. It can fill single pouches or multiple pouches simultaneously and apply a variety of dispensing fitments or taps. Whether you are packaging beverages or cultured dairy products like yogurt or sour cream, Ultra Clean technology will extend the shelf life of your products while maintaining product integrity.
