G500/G300
High-Speed Vertical Form, Fill and Seal Machine with Automatic Vacuum Packaging

The G500 and G300 are fully automated vacuum packaging systems with partial or total back gas flush with oxygen residue of less than 1.5%. The G500 and G300 form, fill and seal a broad range of packaging types: gusseted bags with square bottom, straight or folded upper bag flap with adhesive tape. The system also allows degassing valve application during the packaging process. Different filling systems are offered to meet the operation needs of the type of product to be packed.
The G500 and G300 are great options for packaging coffee beans, ground coffee, rice and other products. Your choice of model depends on your business needs. Many optional features are also offered to better suit your packaging needs.
