The G21 from Fres-co is a compact and economical vertical form, fill and seal (VFFS) machine that is suitable for a wide range of granular and powdered products, such as coffee (both whole bean and ground), pet food and a variety of industrial, agricultural and food products. Its compact construction and economical operation make it ideally suited to the mid-volume packer who required Fres-co quality and reliability combined with economy.

The G21 can produce bags in modified atmosphere with square bottom, both with central back seal and four longitudinal Corner Seals®. The G21 also accommodates an array of package formats including square bottom side gusseted bag and pillow pouches. Other features include degassing valve applicator, load cells scales and auger fillers. Both central back seal or Corner Seal® and a valve application station can be included as part of the standard Fres-co packaging system.

Our Packaging Equipment Technical Support Team will install and set up the G21, and they will also train the operators and other personnel for optimal equipment performance.
