G14CX

High Speed and Flexible Changeover

The G14CX is our next generation of continuous motion, vertical form, fill and seal packaging machine designed with concepts of unique flexibility and maximum performance in mind. The G14CX is designed for maximum output yet also offers the convenience of a simple and quick changeover between sizes, and easy and smooth operation because of the PLC-based controls.

The G14CX is available in our traditional ‘L’ layout or with an in-line design, whichever fits the customer plant site better. The modular pre-forming section allows for multiple web features such as printers, labelers, laser, degassing valve applier, zipper applier, automatic web splicing and CORNERSEAL^®.

The touchscreen HMI provides easy access to all machine functions as well as a troubleshooting aid and reporting of production statistics.

The finishing conveyor is extended to allow for package trim, top re-sealing, tin-tie reclosure application, top flap tape or label application as well as other features.

Our Packaging Equipment Technical Support Team will install and test the G14CX and properly train operators and personnel to ensure the equipment performance.
