Automatic Vertical Form, Fill and Seal Low Acid Aseptic Packaging Machine

Suitable for Low Acid Liquid Food and Beverage with or without Particulates and Pharmaceuticals

The FSU1000A is an automatic VFFS packaging machine designed to produce flat pouches of low acid products all under sterile conditions.

The frame and components in contact with the product are made from 300 series stainless steel for easy cleaning, with filling systems built to 3A sanitary standards.

The FSU1000 offers different systems, optional fitment applicator and fully integrated downstream. Our Technical Support Team can provide equipment installation, service and on-site training.
