Fres-co doesn't just help put the product in a package, we think about how the product gets to the shelf and how it looks when it gets there. Our Project Management encompasses the following five critical phases which ensure value-added results.
Phase I - Consultation
Fres-co develops a detailed profile of the customer's packaging requirements and then determines the best bag size, structure and innovative features to meet these needs.
Phase II - Concept Development and Testing
Fres-co designs a prototype package that will optimize the products performance and marketability. The prototype package undergoes testing to confirm optimal performance. This testing can include product and package compatability, fill tests, barrier structure effectiveness, drop tests, seal integrity, actual transportation tests and UN certification.
Phase III - System Recommendation
Based on projected volumes and markets, Fres-co proposes a total packaging system, including equipment and material, best suited to the customer's needs.
Phase IV - Project Planning
Fres-co works with the customer to create a project schedule with milestones that help track progress and respond to changing marketing plans and competitive forces.
Phase V - Implementation
Fres-co coordinates the installation and integration of the packaging system and provides continued technical and engineering support.
